Yellow is a tough color for me to use. Interesting to see the paint scheme.

Decals printed. Sqn is VB-5 USS Yorktown.

PS Missing atop hat. I will print on clear film and will double them up.

Yellow wings done waiting for the paint to cure before masking for the silver paint scheme. The gloss paint gives a good base for the metallic colour.

Nice decals Lou, yellow really stands out, Regards Paul J.

Thank you Paul. I went out yesterday and purchased two different yellow spray bombs. This one was the darker of the two.

The BT-1 nears completion with just the exhaust stubs and the arrestor hook to install. Here is a peek at the BT-1. I queried why the BT-1 was never award a name as other aircraft. I never received a decent answer.

PS
1. Look close at the fuselage band and see that the printed red around the B darkens the red painted band.
