Love the Siemens SIII. Great job.

Lou,

I used some evergreen angel and some thin sheet plastic cut into strips the appropriate width.

Made up a temporary jig ( using pins and blue tack) to hold the evergreen angle and marked off where the louvers were to go. Turned out relatively straight.

The work you've done with the pins is superb.

Cheers

I made a box with Evergreen .015 X .080 inch strips and insert .030 rods. It came out pretty good. My large nuts on the sprocket holders are coffee stir sticks we picked up last Sunday's breakfast outing. I printed the image and glued it to the stick. I used large straight nail clippers at an outward angle to produce the nut. A few straight pins to hold the assembly in place. I amaze myself at time(not often) sometimes.
