Well Done!

How did you end up doing the Kangaroo?

Thank you Lou and Boomerang, I drew a 'roo on paper then cut a stencil from contact over the top. I used oil paint. I did two coats, could have done more but I didn't want the surface built up two much. now onto wing tip fins.

I was going to make the red wing fins this arvo but when I went over to my workshop there to greet me was a 2 foot snake. Probably there to look for sparrow eggs in the walls. With the temp being 36+ its not surprising. I'l give it an hour then keep going.

Update: I found the post card that my uncle sent me, He said that he used Tamiya acrylics. XF-23 light grey and XF-54 dark sea grey for the skyhawk.

Started a Me 262. Pine (20mm) and MDF (5mm).

Have also started flying RC at the local club. (very addictive!)

RC is addictive for sure. I did it for a few years then family and work prevented doing it justice. I sold my two channel Sirius and went back to my first passion. What size is your Schwalbe?

Lou, I haven't worked out scale yet but it is bout 1' long. Yes, they have some nice scale stuff at the club. Great inspiration!
