A new model for my RCAF 100^th project is this Beechcraft Mentor.

The Mentor requires the tail feathers and the ailerons to be painted yellow. Is is easier to paint the entire aircraft and then just mask the yellow parts. A Canadian quarter is used for reference. For non-north American modellers, the 25 cent piece is 23mm in diameter.

Interesting take on the order of painting.

It was easier to mask the ailerons and tail feathers. The anti glare on the rear turtle deck will be a decals. Decals printed and coated ready for application as soon as the black paint cures overnight.

Roll out on 3 March 2022. A quick build but still very enjoyable.
