Many, details are best done with the "wood of the ancients"...Bamboo!!!
just about everything....landing gears, struts, tail wheels, canopy framing, machineguns, small propellers, and particularly good " Biplane-wing wire harness", cut " Theads of bamboo" very easy and glue perfectly straight for life!!!!!
Where do you get this mysterious wood?.....your SuperMarket, just go to the barbeque section and get yourself a pack of "ShishKabob" screwers!!!!!
