Scroll Saw Modifications
I just finished making a new zero-clearance insert for my scroll saw and thought I'd take a photo. The new insert is made of 1/16-inch aluminum, which I cut to rough shape using the scroll saw and then brought to final size with files. You can also see my modified blade-holder thumbscrew (the original plastic knob broke), and my aquarium air pump-powered blower tube.
