Wheels from laminated styrene disks: laminate disks to desired thickness, drill hole in center for wood peg (do not glue), chuck in rotary tool and shape using files, etc... When one side is done pull wheel off peg and flip over; shape other side then remove peg, fill hole and drill new smaller hole for axle. Gear doors from sheet styrene with styrene rod pegs. Struts from brazing rod; nose strut continues into wheel for strength. Propellers from styrene, attach using brass rod. Spinners turned from wood using rotary tool. Tail light from plastic with rod peg. Number printed on Micro-Mark decal paper.
