Waco YKS-6

Here, built & finished several years after the mold was made, are the Waco YKS-6 & it's wings. The tail surface masters were formed somewhat in the same fashion, but from sheet styrene so without need of a table belt sander or lacquer sealer. The corrugated ailerons were mastered from grooved styrene, glued into the cut-out aileron bays; tank tops & tank ribs were applied with clear tape before the mold was made.
