Roger's Hellcat

After final dressing to shape with small jeweler's files the scale section and profile is pretty close to being done. Emory paper was used to dress out the remaining file marks. The prop blade bosses at the hub are carefully filed and the four bolts that hold the prop hub together are yet to be added. The bolts will be filed from three pieces of .030" brass sheet that are swet soldered together in a three-layer sandwich allowing all three groups to be created together. The bolt arrays will be CA glued because I'm not smart enough to avoid melting surrounding solder. Differential soldering is something I never mastered. Not shown is the hub dome nose which will be a wood plug primed to cover the hemispherical joint line around its perimeter.
