Building simple radial engines utilising an ordinary draughtsmans circular template,simply tape the template to your workbench,make the crankcase from anything that is your favourite material,I use FIMO modelling material baked in the oven,pin that to the board,cut your pre wound engine cylinders to length and insert dry,flood with thin cyno where the cylinders touch the crankcase,zap..job done,dont forget to place a piece of polythene membrane behind the assembly to stop it sticking to the bench,when dry add pushrods cut from a kitchen scrubbing brush bristles glued with thinned down PVA adhesive,anyone can make radial engines.
