You are welcomed Jim. Each model need its own jig, but they are quick to do using superglue. I always had a problem aligning the stagger until I came up with this.

 Looking good. Great idea using popsicle sticks ( called paddle pop sticks over here).

Thank you both. I call them popsicles or coffee stir sticks. They are just a few $$ at my friendly Walmart.

Seen them called "craft sticks"
And so it goes...

You can get them as wide as 2.5cm. I have three different sizes. They are stiff so anything that requires strength is a good place for them.

The seats are installed and the rigging has begun. I am using a 50lb test braided fishing line painted with steel acrylic paint.
