World War One Armistice 100th Anniversary - Cook Up

Time certainly did fly by.

Macchi finished. Had a small accidenr during final assembly.

finished 11/1/18   bristol  f2b  brisfit,1/32 scale,main plan  cleveland,revell for details,made  out of  pine- fus and upper wing,lower balsa not oa any particular plane, flew by lt ervin shaw,from sumter sc,first to volunteer with  canadian rfc, later to trg rfc,an ace, shot down 1918 spring,plane was 2 man-- pilot,gunner,if gunner not there,weight had to be added for trim, flew like a fighter

Two new models from John Cairns who just lost everything in the Woolsey fire but luckily the photos were saved if not the models them selves. Thank you John for taking time to contribute to the build despite your hardships. The first is a DH-9 and the second a DH-2. Nicely done John.
