Morane-Saulnier AI. The twin-gun version, known as the MoS. 29.C1. A pretty little monoplane fighter that, sadly, served only for about two months in squadron service during early 1918 before being withdrawn owing to structural problems. Strangely, the French never made any such distinctions with their notoriously brittle series of Nieuport Vee-Strutters.😒
Approx. 1:60 scale. Standard French five-color camo pattern, with the "deux martlets" insignia of Escadrille MoS. 156. Cedar fuselage, basswood wings and tail plane, walnut prop, bamboo struts, homemade decals and banjo strings for rigging.
And so it goes...

Magnificent model Jim. You are the WWI expert.

That is a nicely finished model. Interesting paint scheme. Also the wing struts and bracing looks quite unusual for a monoplane. Well done.
