The 1/32 scale AVRO Canuck CF-100 was started several years ago but never went far due to a lack of decent drawings. The drawing situation was resolved last year and now it has been place on the production line. The wings and tail planes have been cut out and the fuselage block has the top profile glue to it. Cutting will start shortly.

Small progress. Ruler is 18 inches.

Last post was Aug 2014 so it is about time to do some work on my Canuck. I have continued to remove material to form the block shape. I am considering using vertical sander. For now, a rasp and a paring knife is doing the work slowly.

I have a new blade in my bandsaw so I trimmed some of the excess material around the fuselage.

I started to carve the engine nacelles. It is tricky in one plane I am with the grain, in another it is cross grain. So small bits only and lots of sand paper. I have an Aurora 1/76?? scale CF-100 to guide me.
