The Skymaster is a joint venture with Garet. His father flew the USAF O-2B version. This project also blends well into my High Wing Wonders and the Observation Aircraft group build started some time ago. Si far, the fuselage has been cut and roughly shaped. I was going to make the wing blanks last night but then, life happens.
It took slightly longer than anticipate, but I finally cut out the remaining rough pieces for the Skymaster.

Sanding and shaping has taken place as well as forming the undercarriage.

P.S. This multi posting on the same project will stop following the completion of the Cessna Skymaster. It is just to confusing to me and I assume to others as well. Sorry. Live and learn!!
Just humming along.
The wooden axle will be removed on the final model. Now for some sanding, priming and painting.

Progress shot.
The Skymaster is complete and on display with my other 1/32 scale high winged airplanes. The project was fun to do and Garet gave me lots of info on the finish, so I hope I did it justice.
