Title: Flea Market Profile F-86.........................(Completed June 1958- Nov 2014)
Post by: lastvautour on November 24, 2014, 09:51:41 PM
Inspired by Jorrit, I made an F-86. The model is a toy based on one my cousin Andre made for me around 1958 and does not follow scale lines as per such(Wings too short) . It was done at the local flea market while the misses displayed her afghans.

Very nice Lou, the different grains stand out. Have you seen this site for profile ideas?. Best regards Paul J.  http://www.parmodels.com/Plans/nocals.htm

No, but it was an interesting visit with some nice profiles. I don't build flying models anymore but still have a Jetfire chuck glider just in case.

Hi Lou,

Great job on the F-86 profile model.
It is great that you can capture the essence of this plane with just a bit more than 2 dimensions.

It is nice to get credit for inspiring you.
Hope you are doing well.
