The following pictures show a quick and easy method of placing a twist in your prop blade. The thicker the piece of wood, the greater the twist. This one is exaggerated for dramatic effect.

The above shows connecting lines from opposite corners. remove the materiel outside the line on both sides. Leave enough thickness to allow for a hub attachment pin later. Make a pattern for the shape of the blade you want.
Moving along
There you have it. Sand down to the thickness and final shape you want and attach to the hub or spinner.
