The solid model in Japan has begun to be popular explosively in early 1950.
The Japanese solid model accomplished unique development.
I describe some charisma modelers.
The one is Masayoshi Omachi. His nickname is "Clown in the sky".He died with youth of 25 years old in 1958. However, his legend still continues.Surprisingly he made 140 models in 5 years.
He published an article of how to make of the solid model serially in an aviation magazine during 4 years.

He spread many new techniques in Japan.He died in 2009.

I believe he was in Iriki, Kagoshima. I found out that if I use another web browser I can get a rough translation, enough to understand. I visited some more and I am glad to know more about solid models in Japan.

Dear Kenji these models are absolutely outstanding and beautiful,I found it so sad that a young man with such talent passed away at the age of 25.
