Hey Gang,

I actually have this book, False Colors: Art, Design and Modern Camouflage by Roy R. Behrens and have read it too  :)  It really is fascinating, though for the casual enthusiast the above link tells most of the story, and shows most of the good pictures.  Roy Behrens is a cool guy and I was in a bit of contact with him.  He'd be glad to talk to anyone who has questions.

Ben,

Good catch on the Calypso!  I hadn't noticed her.  Ray and I were discussing the Calypso last weekend.  She was built here in the Pacific Northwest (as a minesweeper).

I may have that plan somewhere of the P-59,if I do then it will be placed here freely for all to enjoy,I also have quite a few of those original Howard Boys plans as well.
