Another project that I neglected to photograph in its early stages.

Thank you Gordon. It is the first purpose built straight wing SAR aircraft for Canada.

I like this one a lot Lou. Winglets are always fun to make.

Thank you Dave. There are my third attempt. Next some sanding and primer.

Gearup

Nice looking aircraft so far. I was bit surprised to see an aircraft that is SAR specific with only a couple of windows at the back? I wonder if the MK1 Eyeball is being replaced by advanced sensors for the task?

I must be full of gadgets with just two observation ports.

Not a big project, however, it did pose some challenges not usually seen with small models. The main issue was getting proper drawings, followed by little information on the various marking locations. Aftermarket decals were useless in indicating decal placement, and not all components were complete or the proper size. Regardless, here is my Kingfisher Search and Rescue aircraft in 1/144 scale.

Sorry for my english

Gearup

I think it is a very pretty model. The aircraft has a nice shape with lots of interesting details such as the gear doors and propellers. The props are a model onto themselves!
Thanks

Thank you Fraser. I finally had to settle for separate blades and hubs.

Boomerang

A lot of small detail in a small scale model.

 Looks terrific.

 Well Done Lou.
