Title: Static Model Boat Builds
Post by: retirement hobby on April 09, 2019, 12:08:04 AM
Greetings, I'm new to SMM.  I hope there are small boat builders here as well as ship.  Not into sail boats, military vessels or antique ships.  My interest is pleasure, house boats and air boats.  When I figure out how, I'll post some model pictures.

Welcome Tom!!

Just wanted to let you know that I also dab in model boats along with solid model airplanes. I've recently put together a set of plans for a Monterey fishing boat to build with my daughter. It's a plank on bulkhead hull using plywood for the keel and frames. Once I finish painting my P-51's, I'll be starting the boat and will post some photo's as the build progresses.
