Title: Camel
Post by: Jim on November 15, 2017, 06:46:54 PM
Been meaning to upload these last two projects for a little while now.

First is a Camel, about 1:40 scale, in the markings of 210 Squadron RAF (formerly No. 10 Naval, RNAS).

Love your biplanes. I would like to see how you make them.

I'm not so sure of that!  ;) From what I've seen in the "work-in-progress" photos that appear regularly on this board, you fellows are far more systematic, precise, exacting and measured in your woodworking skills than I'll ever be. The techniques and procedures you employ and the precision with which everything you build seemingly fits together so perfectly never ceases to fill me with admiration. You guys are true craftsmen.

Truth is, I've learned practically everything I know about this hobby from you fellows right here. I grateful to you guys for showing me how!

I think your Camel is brilliantly done.
