...and I justify working on my models by saying that I'm just "practicing" for the house projects.  The recent drywall work was the best I've done, so it must be all that practice with the putty and sandpaper  ;)

The cast metal ID models are the La Fantasque Class Destroyer (France) and the Light Carrier Unicorn (UK).

Many distractions over the past couple of months and I've been neglecting the important things like building models.
1/72nd
P-38F ready for paint
Mitsubishi KI-15 ready for paint
Multiple blanks and plans littering the bench and shelves.

Tried to carve a Superman about 2" tall but this project is stalled pending development of necessary skills or miracle gift of talent.

I bought a Windsock datafile for the Albatross C.VI so I'm pondering starting yet another project.  Neat airplane, the motor isn't direct drive and has the prop shaft coming out in the middle instead of the bottom of the motor, so it has a very streamlined sharklike nose---no cylinders poking up into the airstream like all the other Albatross planes.
