The F-15 Reporter was kit-bashed from the StromBecKer P-61C in much the same way the actual assets were. The NACA test shape was scratch built along with new cowlings, turbo intakes and the camera nose which has clear windows. The actual aircraft was a frequent sight when I was growing up near Moffett NAS in the fifties. It was a beautiful plane that sounded great.
