Moving along nicely. Hopefully done by years end?

Progress slowed a bit with the onset of Christmas.
I've had to clean up a bit around the tail and cowling. Added the gun butt covers. That will be it for detail.
Might leave attaching the wing till I've done the sky band on the fuselage and the lower camouflage line.
Propeller is done.

Pictures to follow.

Gone as far as I can this year.

Need to cleanup the cockpit framing. First experiment with light grey code decals failed . Deciding on how best to overcome this.

As a result of still needing fiddly bits done the undercarriage ,Propeller and tail wheel are yet to be attached.

Your Buffalo looks wonderful Gordon. I print my decal on clear film and paint them over in the required colour.

Thanks Lou,

I did a few quick experiments with that idea using some spares I had made up.
I'll try that when I get some more time.

Thanks for the idea painting over clear decals Lou . Seemed to work OK. Used a 0000 size brush.

Thank you Lou.

Moving on with the Blenheim. Also looking at something from around the same time as Buffalo.
Just have to find my drawings.
