Flying B-17 destroyed

The B-17 that Ray and I sometimes see flying near Seattle made an emergency landing in Illinois and was destroyed in a fire.  Everyone aboard evacuated safely:

It would come to Cincinnati periodically, last year in fact, and did some nice slow fly-overs. I noticed in the crash photos that one of the props was feathered.

Sad to see that happen.
