Photo enhancement program

I bought this image manipulator but should have saved my $$. It is definitely not one of those AI we hear so much about now, but then you get what you pay for.

https://www.inpixio.com/ is the web site. They have a free trial version that does a so so job. I bought thinking it would enhance the experience. however, ..............

Note the first photo is what I took with my camera in front of a printed image. I removed the stick holding the plane using MS Paint.
