Title: Image resizing in SMM forum
Post by: lastvautour on August 16, 2017, 11:50:31 AM
I manage to manually adjust a photo size on a forum post. I don't know if there is a built-in program in SMM.

The first photo is a normal image from the gallery

This photo is the enlarged version from the gallery

This one is the manually resized using the second photo embedded coding

Of course the easiest way is to properly size the image before you upload it. If there is enough interest I will tell what I found but it is not a simple task.

The images are larger because I increased the size in the gallery settings. If it had unexpected effects, my apologies. I did not think it would effect those already posted. I did this in response too the Photobucket mess, trying to make posting in the gallery and linking from it more attractive. I'll try reducing the size later today.

Normal size from the gallery is fine, it is just when I link the enlarged gallery version. i just wanted to know if there is a shortcut to downsizing those large images. Now I know. Thanks Ray. I will also start uploading to the Gallery rather than attaching.
