Title: SO....You want and Pretty Good Radial Engine.....
Post by: gera on May 02, 2008, 03:54:31 PM
There are many ways to make them....For 1:32 and larger models I make them piece by piece, no sweat with that......in 1:48 its not hard also by pieces.....but there is an easier way for that scale and smaller 1:72 etc.......

Make or commit the "SIN" on buying a metal one......with it make a "mold" on clay, so it won´t "stick" to the clay, just spray the clay with "PAM", I use the olive oil smelly one....it perfumes the whole area and makes me hungry!!!!.....then pour "Plaster of Paris", let dry well and that´s it!!!!!!...there is your rough radial ready to get beautified by your hands with small files!!!!!!!...
