Olli

Hello again.

I will show you screenshots of my work in TinkerCad.
Here is the template of the beautiful plan:

The first look at the model in progress
I always build/design only waterline because when the boat is on the water you never see the underwater hull (unless it turns 180 degrees ;D )

Welcome back to the forum. Solids are solids and I am most interested in the 3d print of the model. I had not heard of Tinker Cad and will have to take a look at it. My son is a wizard at Fusion do this may help me catch up...

Hello Fraser,
i learned TinkerCad in one day, it's a simple but effective program.

Fusion is too tedious for me to learn and I admire anyone who can master it.

3D is currently beyond my means, however, it would be nice to do 1/144 undercarriages and propellers.

Oh yes Chief, that's all possible. I once designed an aeroplane with rotating propellers

Breguet Atlantic, I was allowed to fly with it  8)  ;D

3d printed? Wow... Was it done in parts or as a single piece?  How big is the model? So many questions😀 Very nicely done!

Much like a wooden solid using a computer instead of a blade.
