Thank you Gordon.

Both are in the paint shop. Completion can now be measured in days. I await the delivery of some aftermarket decals.

Forward fuselages required major surgery on both models. They are carved, sanded, primed and repainted. I found just how far out I was when I attempted to paint the windscreen.

Roll out 5 Apr 2022. A typical short 3 weeks 1/144 project with few problems. Some parts took a bit of imagination to make them look good in that scale.

Last photo shows the CH-135 in with the United Nation collection.

Wonderful looking pair of helicopters!! I am truly amazed at the detail and the scale. 144 scale ust isn't in my wheel house of capability.

Gearup

They are really jewels in the palm of your hand. Excellent models, Lou!

Thank you Ken and Fraser. An enjoyable project.

PS I ruined the CanMilAir decals previously mentioned by spraying grey primer instead of clear, I redid them on my PC and had to use 1 pt font to get that lettering in the roundel ident. That is the limit of my PC and also my eyesight.

Thank you Dave. They are relatively easy and quick to do. The rotors are simplified but look good from a distance. Compared to your 1/230 scale "Small Gems", these are huge.
