Rather than converting one of my naval De Havilland Canada CS2F Trackers, I elected to make a new one in air force colours.

Did some fiddling with my Tracker this morning. Parts are sanded and ready for assembly.

Parts are mated to each other and await gluing before final sanding.

The primer coat has been applied. Next is the grey finish followed by decals.

Roll out 1 Jul 2023. Originally procured for the Royal Canadian Navy, the Trackers were assimilated into the Air Force at unification on Feb 1968.

Catch-up. I love the look of the tracker. Impossibly short and chunky. I cannot believe how close the prop tips are to the outboard ears of the crew!
