Thank you Paul and Gordon. Your words are appreciated.

Top wing tacked in place. The top wing is sitting too high even though I measured twice.

I once had a tiger moth cut out, then I met someone who had flown them in England, he had been a wood carver so I gave the blank to him.Wish I had carved it. Hung up with eye problems now, possibly allergies.

Sorry to hear you are having additional problems. The Tiger Moth has been at the back of my mine for a great number of years but was reluctant to build it due to the Canadian canopy configuration. I have decided to use the large windscreen and rails but will not have the canopy. I saw one picture and read that on occasions the canopy was removed during the hot prairie summer.

Nice looking Moth. Are you using wire for the rigging? Looks nice and straight.

I use 10 lb. monofilament nylon fishing line for my rigging. Superglue keeps it in place. Attaching to the bell cranks is a bit of a chore and patience is needed to hold it in place until it is dry.

The DH-82 rolled out at 2 PM on 29 Aug 2021.
