Here is a 1/72 Capelis XC-12 built in 2019 as a request from someone on eBay. He supplied his own props.
The XC-12 was an American 1930s airliner design that failed, but became a movie prop instead, having a role in the John Wayne film "Flying Tigers" among others.
That is a fantastic model Dave. Your talent is finely developed and worthy of high praise.
Lou
I agree with Lou. It is an interesting model on the grass.

Thanks Fraser. That is just where it belonged I guess.
Lou, I almost gave up on it a couple of times, so your comment is appreciated.
Beautiful job! I think this a/c also had a featured role in the 1939 classic film "Five Came Back," in which a group of travelers crash-lands in the head-hunter territory of South America. A really imaginative choice for a build!
That was a good film. In another one, the plane was a German transport.
From 2018- a Bristol Buckingham in 1/144 scale.
Excellent work Dave, for such a small scale. Please post more of your past projects.
Lou
A great model of the Buckingham Dave.
Gordon
Those are nicely finished models. Very well done!
