Started this as the Vindicator is "nearly" finished.

Will finish it as A77-701 which at a later stage in its life was all white.

Very promising start. Mine is 1/144. Will you be doing the undercarriage as well.

Yours looks great. I haven't yet thought about the U/c . I'll leave that for a bit further down the track.

Fuselage is primed . Wing requires some more work. Nacelles require a little refinement in length and shape.

Pictures to follow .

Final shape of nacelles done. The filler on the wing is to overcome some over zealousness with the knife on my part.

That is why I go through so much putty. I started adding slivers of wood shaped to the area affected for better bonding.

Where the Meteor is at . All that is glued are the engines and the tailplane.
Working on the nose as it had an FR9 nose with 3 camera apertures . The front one was painted over.
Need to do the top and  bottom bulges for the U/c.

Decals printed.

Pushing steadily onwards.

Undercarriage fairings under the wings have been added. Still have to do the upper ones. More work needed on the sideways camera apertures in the nose.

Wing tanks done. Ventral tank done. Still have to do the sideways looking apertures .

Bit more cleaning up and I can stick the wing on.

Progressing slowly

Bit of quality control on wing tanks required.

The side camera apertures require more work

Then its pretty much put it together.

Starting to finish the Meteor off .
The red bit on the nose is some sort of fairing . Used polyfilla , PVA and red acrylic paint mix.
