Drawing templates and blocks have been selected. This high wing wonder is fairly big at 14 inch wing span.

Rough cut for the fuselage. Carving to begin shortly. I hope to finish by year end.

Wings block has been reduced in size using my hand planner. I also used the planner for the fuselage. All blocks have been marked for further shaping.

Major components test fitted with temp undercarriage and wing brace. Some areas still require shaping with 120 grit and cut back to 220, and eventually 600.

Ran out of Italian Red acrylic. Some on order but don't anticipate arrival before month's end.

Italian red paint arrived a few days ago and was put to use immediately. Now for the decals. Note the wing braces are not installed.
