Taking the lead from Ray and Dave, I have made my own Box Project to introduce our local Air Cadet Squadron to solid wood carving. I have added several references to SMM as I will post to Facebook.

Nice to see you are keeping this alive. Ray proposed this concept back when SMM was a forum. I just carried it over to this site.
I have gone a bit bigger with a shoe box and showed to Facebook. Who knows what will be next. A video maybe but not by me.

I have my first display on 20th Dec 2023. I was a smashing success with 567 Random Royal Canadian Air Cadet Sqn. Many cadets showed great interest in the project and I fielded numerous questions. I think some may become carvers.
