My wife and I went to a wood carving show today. Years ago I was a carver of song birds. As I looked at all the carvings of birds "on the wing" I was thinking that, if I had been carving aircraft back then, I would have carved some flying birds. I had no experience attaching wings.
I plan on giving a presentation to the carving club in the future.
Who knows, I may even find some converts from birds to aircraft.
There are many wood carving clubs around....perhaps they may appreciate a look at what we accomplish with aircraft......Pete
