Gordon, I saw a video of people on the beach and some surfing in a Santa hat. Here is is not quite as warm at +2C but a whole lot better than most of Canada. Merry Christmas.

Happy Holidays from the west coast of the US not that far from British Columbia, Canada. Currently, an unseasonably warm 10 C, up from -5 C and a massive ice storm two days ago. Hoping to get some woodworking projects done next week during my holiday.
