Title: Collectair Website
Post by: tycobb9999 on October 03, 2023, 08:46:30 PM
Hi guys, as I'm sure most of you know, the Collectair website no longer exists. It is my understanding that the owner passed away several years ago. That website was a true treasure trove of solid model information, as well as ID models, memorabilia, and all kinds of model/aviation nostalgia. One could literally spend hours paging through that site.

Is anyone aware if any of that information was saved and/or incorporated into another website?

Thanks,
Scott

I don't know of any site that took it over. I was a fantastic source for solid modelling.

That was Steve Remington's site. He had quite a collection and a small museum in California. I believe his family has been selling off his collection on ebay for for a few years. Their ebay shop is called "Collectair Gallery"
