I have just realised,those are cabin windows,looks like part of the wing to the lower right,puts a new perspective on this tricky one.

Very good Barry!  You are correct.....that is the upper part of a fuselage.  The "holes" are window ports and the lower right corner is a wing.

As they are round windows, we can assume pressurised cabin despite the old look of the photo.

Perhaps a winged sea going vessel as it appears to be port holes.

It has a sort of Jules Verne look about it,your nautical comments reminded me of this Lou !
These quizzes do tax the old grey matter.

Scott I think you mean the DH.91 Albatross ? but that has square windows.

Not the DH Albatross or Saro Princess.  Look at where the windows are, kind of high up on the fuselage?
