You are welcomed Jim. Each model need its own jig, but they are quick to do using superglue. I always had a problem aligning the stagger until I came up with this.

That is one sharp approach to making and using a wing alignment jig! I'm chagrined that I never thought of using popsickle sticks. I continue to learn new things from you, Lou. Many thanx!

I made a jig to align the wings. Popsicle sticks did the trick.

The masking tape for the wings finally arrived. The wings are painted and assembled. Mating of the fuselage will take place shortly.

Another 1/2 hour of filling and sanding. Priming took two minutes and a couple of hours of drying time. I have since added gun blisters to make a Mk V as the Above and Below decals do not have a Canadian Mk II. Next will be the coolers and carb scoop.

The wing filets are oversized and will be sanded to their proper shape.

Something new I started this morning and spent a couple of hours, researching, printing, and carving to block shape. Should I donate my RCAF aircraft to the museum, I will need replacements for my collection. The 1/100 scale is a bit bigger than 1/144 but will free up more space for the previous 1/72 and bigger scale models.
