Title: In Place of Cardboard
Post by: cliff strachan on November 24, 2012, 06:12:46 PM
Recently there was a posting promoting the advantages of using cardboard for some construction needs primarily because of its relative thinness.  Because I was able to obtain a very thin -1/64" - piece of "Birch Plywood" thought I should draw it to the attention of other members.

The piece that I purchased was 6 x 12 in and was produced by Revell Inc.

You can actually buy a bundle of maple veneer business cards from Lee Valley for a couple of bucks. It's the same thickness as card stock.
