17. Ascender aft-view The tail of the Ascender fuselage is circular, so I sketched on a circle and started to carve the rear three-quarters of the fuselage to part of an octagon. The area near the cockpit is more squared. This was something I would never have guessed from the three-views, but was clear from photos of a model of the Ascender at a convention.
