Scale Plans of Military Aircraft - 1940 Cover of C.A.Pollitt’s 1940 book containing 39 plans of British, French, German and US aircraft. The book has some great adverts but the plans are for comedy value only! See the Spitfire plan uploaded in Member’s plans. The plans all appear very “chubby” with fat tails and very rounded fuselages. The 6th Edition of June 1942 had redrawn plans which are much better and useable – it has a different front cover and no kit ads though.
